Typical Schedule
6:00 – 6:30 Tea and light snacks
6:30 – 7:00 Meditation / Meditation Study
7:00 – 9:45 Active Asana Practice & Workshops
9:45 – 10:30 Breakfast
10:45 – 1:00 Workshop / Classroom Session
1:00 – 4:00 Lunch / Free Time / Homework
4:00 – 5:00 Workshop / Classroom Session
5:00 – 6:30 Restorative Asana Practice and Workshop
7:00 – 8:00 Dinner / Free Time / Evening Study / Homework
*1-2 hours of homework per afternoon/evening is expected
*Group events are planned many nights after dinner, including kirtan, guest speakers, and group discussions and exercises.
Most of the evening events are optional.
