Every one of our Yoga Alliance certified, 200-, +300, and 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings combines cutting-edge personal transformation coursework with an innovative teacher training curriculum. Our supportive, nurturing, and deeply experienced faculty will help you increase your skills, build your confidence, and find your own authentic style and voice. But your training will also go much deeper. You’ll be embarking on a personal transformational journey that will continue unfolding for the rest of your life.
During your training, you’ll be led and supported by a team of teachers with decades of experience in teaching, leading, helping, and healing. You’ll learn from yoga teachers, physical therapists, chiropractors, healers, and personal transformation specialists – master teachers with decades of experience in yoga, anatomy, physiology, healing, philosophy, and personal transformation.
All of our training programs will challenge you to stretch out of your comfort zone and grow authentically along YOUR path, in many varied ways. You will see and feel the difference in your body, mind, and spirit at the end of your training. Modifications are also offered in every class so that you can still enjoy all of the benefits of the training even if you are looking for a less vigorous experience, or are dealing with injury.
The result? An experience that goes far beyond “teacher training”. It will change your life. When it’s all done, you’ll have the knowledge, confidence, and skill to guide others on their journey of yoga and self-discovery.
