As a coach with over 20 years of experience, I’ve helped many people live lives of happiness and fulfillment. Clients who work with me find themselves quickly able to:

• Look at old problems with a new perspective

My unique coaching style has been influenced and developed by a wide variety of experiences and training. For the last 10 years I’ve been fortunate to work with a Master Coach who was trained by the famous psychologists Erik Erikson and Louis Ormont, who was known as “The People’s Therapist” for his ability to easily connect with and help people. My academic background includes a B.S. in Psychology and an M.S. in Counseling. In addition, my studies in Buddhist philosophy, yoga, and meditation have had a profound influence on my ability to help others.

All of these things have combined to help me develop a practical, well-rounded approach to helping you overcome obstacles, break habits, see life with a new perspective, and live the life you dream of and deserve. This approach allows you to develop, refine, and learn to really trust your “internal guidance system” – the combination of intelligence, experience, and inspiration that helps you live a life of contentment, adventure, and peace.
