When you’ve completed your training, you will be prepared to design and confidently lead Active Vinyasa, Slow Flow, and Restorative classes, all with your own signature yoga style. You’ll also have the skill and confidence to adapt to the varied fitness and experience levels of your students.
Your teachers have deep knowledge of a number of popular yoga styles including traditional Hatha, Jivamukti, Integral, Ashtanga, Yin, and Vinyasa Flow. They’ll teach you a proven system for integrating elements from these and other traditions into an intelligent and cohesive style. This allows you to develop your own authentic style and voice.
